Manage or cancel your subscription

Roofus subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Roofus. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Roofus account and associated data at any time:

  • In the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
  • Or email privacy@roofus.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your dog's plan data, and any training videos you submitted. Uninstalling the App also removes all data stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
